Baoyu is an industrial and trade integrated company specializing in PET Solar Window Film and Paint Protection Film in China. Baoyu possesses the entire industrial chain of TPU film and PET film, equipped with top coating production lines.

In the realm of PET window film, Baoyu serves as the manufacturer of Solar PET base film and the producer of Inorganic NANO high heat insulation chip dyed base film.

Regarding TPU, Baoyu stands out as not only a manufacturer of PPF in China but also as the sole comprehensive group with a vertical industrial chain in inorganic nano-materials. This chain encompasses nano powder production, grinding and dispersion, wet granulation, and bi-oriented processes.

Factory Introduction

Guangzhou Baoyu New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Hainachuan Auto Parts Industrial Park, Zengcheng, Guangzhou, China, covering an area of 20,000 square meters. The factory has 8 highly automated high-speed solar film production lines with a monthly output value of 900,000 meters. The factory has 15 years of experience in thermal insulation film production and has established a mature core scientific research team. From 2018 to 2022, it will focus on the research and development of high-end nano-ceramic membrane technology, which has been widely favored by the international market since its launch. The factory enjoys a high reputation in the same industry. On the premise of taking innovation, quality and science as its production philosophy and taking the interests of partners as its business philosophy, the factory insists on serving customers with heart and provides better high-quality products and positive corporate social value for the international market.

The first phase are mianly for:

1. Nano metallic oxide powder preparation

2. Granding and dispersion of Nano materials

3. Wet granulation for nano master batch production

4. TPU PFF production

3 warehouses taking up an area of 800 square meter, sufficient quantity in stock, constant production, short lead time, and better cost saving:

1. Before production: QC inspection for raw materials

2. During production: Spot-check for mass-production

3. Before Delivery: Fully inspection before Shipment

In the mean time, QC staff will make an record for disqualified products during each mass production, then feedback to our production team for improvement in formula or production process so as to enhance the quality.
